Back in 2004, Jerrod bought Anna a St. Bernard puppy-- Mr. Bernard. He was the most wonderful dog-- they bred him, intending to sell the puppies, but they were in love. With 7 Saint Bernards, it was time to build a house in the country.... yep, 7 Saint Bernards.  Although the Bernards are no longer with them, their dependability, loyalty, and easy going nature live on. Our name reminds us to be more like dogs-- dogs are the best people.

Good question! Our shop is north of Detroit Lakes, we work as far north as Bejou, as far east as Park Rapids, south as far as Fergus Falls, and west to the North Dakota border

In no particular order, we install/repair/maintain furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps, air handlers, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, air exchangers, mini splits, ductless systems, gas boilers, electric boilers, gas piping, radiant floor heat, geothermal systems, fireplaces, ductwork, both new construction and remodels, "We'll work on ANYTHING"

Not generally-- if it's cost effective to repair, we'll suggest repairing. We're not trying to sell you something you don't need. Once in awhile we have a gently used piece of equipment, but not super often.

Yes, but--- you're not going to save the money you think you are. A lot of the cost of a project are in the fittings, gas lines, linesets, etc... Also, we source our parts from wholesalers who stock ProGrade equipment and parts-- we have to have a license to install our gas lines, and most of our equipment comes with a 10 year parts warranty... I've tried to warranty stuff out at big box stores-- it's not a great time

Yes, but-- we have to pass on the 3% Quickbooks charges us... I know, it's a bummer
