Jerrod is like super into HVAC. He can't even go to Menards without him going into one with a stranger about heat pumps. He's spends his evenings reading about new equipment. When driving through town, he'll say "Did you see how unlevel that air conditioner was?!?"-- He loves what he does and it shows. 

Fun facts: He loves peanut butter and turtles

Blake is our Project Manager, right hand man, and Jerrod's favorite cousin. A master with sheet metal, Blake's in charge of new construction and makes all of our custom ductwork. 

Fun Fact: He's an awesome cook and makes an amazing chicken sandwich-- like if he wasn't a heating guy, he could have a restaurant called Blake's Burgers

Born and raised in Montana, Cowboy Neal came to Minnesota for HVAC school and has been making it his career for 20+ years. He's been with us since January 2023 and we're glad to have him.

Fun Facts: Neal is a volunteer firefighter and lives to golf

Damian is our newest guy and favorite brother-in-law. He's been HVAC-ing for a few years, and joined the team full time in July 2024. He's a quick learner and takes pride in his work. Also our resident barber--- he cuts a mean bald top fade.

Fun fact: He doesn't know Spanish, but sees where you're coming from

Anna's in charge of bookkeeping, snacks, rebates, apparel, the calendar, and making sure everyone stays hydrated. In fact, you're gonna wanna grab a sweatshirt this morning... there's a chill in the air.

Fun fact: She's never met a dog she didn't like
